South Georgia Island (mini series 1/6)

I want all of my collectors to be thrilled with thier new artwork purchase, however, I know an artwork purchase is incredibly personal and there may be a reason you wish to return an item.

If for any reason you do wish to return or exchange your purchase, and the item remains in it's original condition, I will happily accept this. You will be offered a choice of a full refund (minus any shipping costs), an exchange or gift voucher at your choice, with no quibble.

In the rare case the item is damaged, please get in touch to discuss and I will endevour to offer the same options as above. (In these instances I will also need some evidence to reclaim the value lost from the delivery provider.)

Shipping is free within the UK or a flat fee of £10 worldwide. If your purchase comes to more than £200, shipping is free.

All items are individually packed and posted by myself and I will endevour to get them to you as soon as possible. However, please be aware I am only human and delays can happen for many reasons. I aim to get all items to you within 14 days, however this is not a guarentee. 

If you require an item quickly or would like it delivered by special delivery or courier, please get in touch to discuss. I will always do my best to accomadate requests. (Please note if there is an additional cost you will need to arrange this payment with me seperately).
